I downloaded the app and deleted in 5 minutes as it crashes everytime when I was trying to calculate money. When I pressed Calculate it says to put "Transfer amount" when I already filled that column. Please fix this thing
I wanted an app I could send money with if I wasnt at home. First I wanted to see what kind if rate they charged but all I get is error: no records found for rate calculation. So I go online via computer and at the select country drop down box there is no selection for United States (yet there is in the mobile app). I dont know if theyre new and buggy or something worse but this was a waste of time. I wouldnt have rated the one star but I couldnt submit without it.
Cant check fee on app - getting error with any amount and format
Application doesnt allow transfer of funds. Since thats all I would ever need to use it for....100% useless.
I keep getting errors that fields arent filled in when they are. The location finder is terrible and seems to list random locations not in the city chosen. I cant get it to give me the rate to send money. After all that I had no trust in actually sending a wire xfer through this app.
